I was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey. Upon graduation from Plainfield High, I attended Morgan State University for two years. After attending Morgan State University for two years, I decided to join the United States Army. I later obtained a B.S. degree in Business Management, from Morgan State University.
I served in the U.S. Army for 15 years. During my military career I was stationed in many countries spanning from Alaska to Germany. During my 15 years of military service, I served for 10 years in the White House Communication Office. I worked as a Communications Officer under Presidents George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. After completing my military service, I have worked for the past 15 years in the Financial Services and Mortgage Industries. I have held positions ranging from Sales Representative, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and more recently, Chief Executive Officer.
Currently, my focus is in the Commercial Lending Industry. I am passionate about providing alternative financing to the undeserved refinance market; while also providing financing options for purchases, and working capital. I believe a company can be successful by focusing on the three key areas of people, products, and a customer friendly process.

I was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area. I went to high school in Arlington Va, and upon graduation I started working for the family business doing construction. Working my way up quickly, I began overseeing and managing jobs. After 10 years of management I started my own company where I ran a successful business for over 9 years. Leaving the construction arena I started working for a mortgage company and reached the position of Regional Manager within 3 short years.
I believe that in business there are a few things you must have to be successful. Great customer service, good knowledgeable Employees, a good attitude and for me a Passion for what I’m doing.

Lionel is a native of Dinwiddie Virginia; has resided in North Carolina for 14 years. He is a 1995 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Lionel has been in financial services for over 12 years. He is dedicated, motivated and committed to give you the best customer service. Lionel is very knowledgeable of the products and provides highly personalized services for his all his clients.

Dorian L Burks
Dorian was born and raised in Glenarden Md, he was motivated at an early age to be an achiever, a mother with a Master’s Degree in Education and father with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering as well as serving in the US Army as a 1st lieutenant. After Dorian Graduating form Eleanor Roosevelt HS in Greenbelt Md. He went onto get his BS in Marketing from Hampton University in Hampton Va.
Dorian brings with him over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. He began his financial and mortgage career in Washington metropolitan area with Ameriquest Mortgage and People’s Choice home loans where he was ranked in the top 5% during his tenure. He was also a senior marketing representative for fortune 500 company Waste Management and a business analysts in the default management and REO department at Freddie Mac. Throughout his career Dorian has always ranked among the top percentile. He always demonstrates a can do attitude through his production while motivating others to do the same.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends watching and attending various sporting events. Dorian has been a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. since 1990 and also remains to be a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Glen Arden where he has been involved with many volunteer ministries for over 15 years.
