If you are a broker or a referral, at Creative Capital Partners, we encourage you to submit a transaction to our team for us to preview. On any deal that we decide to fund, we pay competitive commission and referral rates.
When we complete larger transactions, we will likely need to work directly with your client. However, we realize that when this occurs, your deal still belongs to you. For this reason, if your client ever reaches out to us, we will help them get back in touch with you and will do this regardless of whether we previously funded their deal or not. It is our goal to make sure that our referrals and brokers are consistently protected.
